The challenge
Registrations, tenders, managing-agent responses, shortlists, meetings, appointments, invoices, and payments lived across the portal database, inboxes, and spreadsheets. Follow-up depended on people moving information between systems.

We connected the Laravel platform and GoHighLevel bidirectionally. When a meaningful event happens inside the platform, the related customer, tender, opportunity, or invoice record updates in GHL and the correct workflow can run.
